Quasar

Quasar is a fully-fledged Vue framework leaning both towards being a meta-framework as well as a component library for building powerful Vue.js applications. Quasar's components are built after Google's Material Design and as their page states 'designed with performance and responsiveness in mind'.

With Quasar it is possible to create both single page applications (SPA) as well as server-side generated pages (SSR), though they also have documentation for creating native applications using Electron.js or Google Chrome browser extensions.
